Synergee Black Gliding Discs Core Sliders

I was super excited to try these gliding discs for home work outs - I had never seen something like these before! They are dual sided - one side for carpet and one side for hardwood, which is great. They help you slide effortlessly across the floor while exercising, which puts less strain on joints, etc... Maneuvering on carpet can be difficult, especially if you are looking for fluid, coordinated movement. My TV happens to be in a carpeted area, so if I want to do TurboFire or any other DVD program, I'm doing it on the carpet. These discs take the worry out of moving my feet across the carpet, so I can concentrate on lunges, squats and other exercises. Since I don't have to worry about my joints and my range of motion is expanded, I get a lot more out of my core exercises. These discs are simple, effective, lightweight and portable and they come at a great price point. The discs are round and are 7" x 7" x 0.5", so they are great for any exercise where you need to use the discs for the balls of your feet or your heels. Band Kit

This resistance band/tube kit is awesome for home and travel work outs. This kit comes with everything you need for strength training at home or on the go. I use resistance tubes at the gym often for workouts, so it's great to have a nice set like this at home.

This set comes with a nice carry bag for either storing or carrying with you in your carry on, luggage, gym bag, backpack, etc... It comes with 5 different resistance tube bands, which are color coded and each is a different resistance. These bands can also be doubled up to create more resistance, if needed.

Each band has a caribiner on each end, so it can be attached to the door anchor, ankle strap or handles. I love that this set is so versatile. The tubes I use at the gym are just permanently attached to the handles. This is great that it can be attached to the ankle strap or door anchor and that multiples can be attached at once.

These are amazing for strength training and there are so many different exercises you can do with these. You don't need a ton of weights at your house, if you have this set. It's also perfect for physical therapy, especially with the door anchor hook up. With the different resistance level bands, there is a resistance level for everyone, whether you're a beginner or gym rat and for every type of exercise.

The whole kit is well made and durable. I'm very happy with it and will get a lot of use out of it. I get to the gym most days, but they aren't open 24 hours, so it's great to have this option here at home.
